The Kingdom of God took root in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus, and with the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, the Kingdom of God began to take shape in the world, as well.
The book of Acts is a story of action, faith, courage, and boldness in uncertain times. Then, it was persecution that deployed the Church; today, it is a virus. Tomorrow, it may be something else. How might the Kingdom take shape in our world, as it did then?

How have you seen God work in your life or someone's life to draw them into a relationship with Jesus independent of human efforts? In what ways did you see God at work?

Reflect on how your experiences sharing the gospel (the story of Jesus) have been transformational for you. If you have not personally shared your faith with someone else, ask God to show you someone who does not yet know Christ whom you can pray for specifically.

Read Acts 11:1-18. What from Acts 10 (or passage today) is repeated in this passage? What impact does this have on the Apostles and believers?
Question to Ponder.
Acts 10.48 ends the chapter by stating: "then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days." The text doesn't indicate what happened. What can you imagine happened, considering the changes in Peter over the course of the events in this chapter.
For children.
Think about the other kids who live in your neighborhood. Ask your parents if your family can sign up for "Bless Every Home." If they say yes and do so, join them to see your neighbors names and join them in praying for them. Do you know any other kids that live there? How can you pray for them?
Prayer for Trinity Sunday
Almighty and everlasting God, you have given to us your servants grace, by the confession of a true faith, to acknowledge the glory of the eternal Trinity, and in the power of your divine Majesty to worship the Unity: Keep us steadfast in this faith and worship, and bring us at last to see you in your one and eternal glory, O Father; who with the Son and the Holy Spirit live and reign, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
