No one wants to be the Priest
The religious person who doesn’t bother with a dying man who might inconvenience him, the one who passes by.
No one wants to be the Levite
The lawyer whose status and position would be personally and professionally compromised by getting involved, who also passes by.
No one wants to be a Samaritan
A member of a hated class and race. An outsider typecast culturally as a villain.
