TYPES OF FASTS:

1) Absolute Fast - No food at all for certain periods of time
2) Partial Fast - Abstaining from certain foods for certain periods of time

Humble ourselves - ʿânâh - To bow down; to reduce or lower yourself in authority, priority or status

Before - pinnâh - To turn, an angle towards;

- Penûwʾêl - Face

Seek - bâqash - To search out, to inquire about

Way - derek - Road, path, course of life or conduct, mode of action, way of living

Right - yâshâr - Straight, pertaining to not being crooked

End - ʾachărîyth - The last, the future, final state

Way of Death - mâveth - The absence of life, way, road, course
