Fulfilled - suntĕlĕō - Execute, be put into effect

Take heed - blĕpō - To beware of, to watch out for, to pay attention to

Deceive - apŏplanaō - To lead astray from the truth; mislead


In order for deception to take place you need:
1) The presence of a lie
2) Lack of knowledge of or lack of belief in the truth
