The Birth of the Church: Week 3 - Phil Kendon
Recently we saw a mass march in Port Louis, as people gathered together to express their hopes for the future of their nation. There is a desire in all of us to be part of a healthy and strong community. Of course, there will still be challenges in life, but a good community helps us through those difficult times. Even though we want the best political leaders and business leaders and family leaders, at the end of the day, it is only a spiritual community that really has the potential to fulfil our hopes. The scriptures give us a window into the character of the early church, which inspires us to be a better community and gives us a great model to follow.
