- To stand firm in faith and duty, to be constant, be steadfast

- Hold one’s ground, maintain a position

Stand fast - imperative form of a present active verb that normally expresses a command, intention, exhortation

“IN” the Liberty - ĕlĕuthĕria - Personal freedom from servitude, confinement or oppression

Servitude - A condition in which one lacks liberty to determine one’s course of action or way of life.

Confinement - To hold within border or keep within limits

Oppression - Unjust or cruel exercise of authority or power
