2 Thessalonians 2:12
2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 The Message (MSG)
The Anarchist’s coming is all Satan’s work. All his power and signs and miracles are fake, evil sleight of hand that plays to the gallery of those who hate the truth that could save them. And since they’re so obsessed with evil, God rubs their noses in it—gives them what they want. Since they refuse to trust truth, they’re banished to their chosen world of lies and illusions.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 King James Version (KJV)
that they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 New American Standard Bible - NASB 1995 (NASB1995)
in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 New Century Version (NCV)
So all those will be judged guilty who did not believe the truth, but enjoyed doing evil.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 American Standard Version (ASV)
that they all might be judged who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 New International Version (NIV)
and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 New King James Version (NKJV)
that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 Amplified Bible (AMP)
in order that all may be judged and condemned who did not believe the truth [about their sin, and the need for salvation through Christ], but instead took pleasure in unrighteousness.
2 Thessalonians 2:12 New Living Translation (NLT)
Then they will be condemned for enjoying evil rather than believing the truth.
